1. Canceling

NLG Event participants may cancel 14 days after registration. To cancel, please contact us at

2. Refunds

100% of your payment will be refunded and refunds will be processed through original payment method.
If there was a processing fee acquired for your payment, then the processing fee will be deducted in your refund.
Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to be processed back to your account.
